Returns and Refunds
You may request a return and refund within 14 days of receiving your order under the following circumstances:

1. Faulty Items: If the product you receive is faulty or not functioning as expected, please provide a photo or video demonstrating the issue within 14 days of receipt. Once we review the evidence, we will issue a prompt refund without requiring you to return the item.

2. Items Not As Described, Expected, or No Longer Needed: If you wish to return an item that is not faulty but doesn’t meet your expectations, please contact us within 14 days of receipt to initiate the return process. A full refund will be issued once we receive the goods in their original condition and packaging. You will have an additional 14 days to return the items after notifying us. Please note that return shipping costs are non-refundable in this case.

3. Sale Items: You are entitled to the same refund rights for sale items as for full-priced items.

Cosmtak reserves the right to decline a refund if the item is damaged due to attempts at self-repair or third-party repair.

Warranty Policy
Manufacturer’s Guarantee: Cosmtak offers a 9-month warranty from the purchase date against defects caused by faulty materials or workmanship. This warranty does not cover damages resulting from improper handling, such as dropping the product or deliberate misuse. In such cases, Cosmtak will repair or replace the product at no extra cost. If the product is deemed defective, Cosmtak will replace it with a new one. Please note that refunds are not provided under the manufacturer’s warranty, only repairs or replacements.
