Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Please note that we do not process or deliver shipments on weekends or public holidays.

Every order includes a tracking number so you can stay updated on your package’s journey from the moment it leaves our warehouse.

Shipping Time
We currently offer standard free shipping, with an estimated delivery window of 8–12 business days for all orders.

Important Notice
Please be aware that delays in delivery may occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control, such as unforeseen events, issues with shipping carriers, international customs procedures, or inaccuracies in the provided address. If your delivery is delayed, feel free to reach out to our customer support team. We are committed to keeping you informed and assisting you throughout the process.

Order Cancellation and Modification
Customers have a 24-hour window from the time of purchase to request changes or cancellations. If you need to modify your order, please contact our support team at contact@cosmtak.shop as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your request within this timeframe. After 24 hours, your order may already be in process or shipped, making changes impossible. Cosmtak is not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect addresses. Thank you for your understanding.

Does Cosmtak Ship Internationally?
Currently, Cosmtak only ships within the UK. We do not offer international shipping at this time. We apologize for any inconvenience.

How Do I Track My Order?
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email notification containing your tracking information. If you do not receive this email, please contact us at contact@cosmtak.shop, and we will promptly provide you with the tracking details. You can track your order using our tracking page.

What If My Tracking Shows the Order Was Delivered but I Haven’t Received It?
If your tracking status indicates that the order has been delivered but you have not received it, please follow these steps:

  1. Check with neighbors or household members to see if they may have accepted the delivery on your behalf.
  2. Verify the shipping address on your order confirmation email to ensure it was correct.
  3. Contact the delivery carrier to inquire about the package’s delivery status and request proof of non-delivery.
  4. Provide us with the carrier’s proof of non-delivery, and we will issue a refund for your order promptly.
